Prairie Hills Neighborhood Association board meeting.  John Wroten, a community organizer hired through a grant from the Orchard Ridge United Church of Christ, will discuss his role in Southwest Madison.  Held at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1701 McKenna Blvd.  Business meeting to follow.

Neighborhood Center Vote
The question of whether or not the city will purchase a duplex on Theresa Terrace for a neighborhood center will be decided November 13 or 14.  Here is the information to attend and express your opinion:

• Capital Budget deliberations by Council and adjourn to Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 5:30
Early Public Comment is provided for persons who have reasons to leave the Council meeting early, due to health, transportation scheduling issues or child-care needs.

• Operating Budget deliberations by Council and final vote on the 2013 City Budget or adjourn to Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. if deliberations have not been completed.
