Christmas Tree Collection Begins on Monday, January 6  Starting Monday January 6, 2014 the Streets Division will begin collecting Christmas trees. Snow and ice control will take priority.

Report Water Main Breaks If you notice water bubbling up through a crack in the street, or even a large standing puddle of water that would normally be frozen in these single-digit temps, it could be a main break. Contact Water Utility’s Main Break Hotline at (608) 266-4661.
The Madison Parks Foundation received a $50,000 grant award from the Evjue Foundation, Inc., the charitable arm of The Capital Times, for the construction of splash parks at Reindahl and Elver Parks. The splash park at Elver is slated for completion August 2014.
