Madison’s annual water quality report is now available on the city’s website, wwwcityofmadison.com.

Proposed Project for Lot next to Meadowood Shopping Center.  The proposal involves constructing a new convenience store with a cafe?/deli and gas pumps on the current vacant lot located at 5802 Raymond Road. There will be a meeting Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church – Peterson Hall.  This meeting provides an opportunity for residents to discuss the project with Mr. Farooq Shahzad, the project proposer. Designs will be available for review and Mr. Shahzad, his architect, city staff and will be present to answer questions.

AARP Safe Drivers Course.  This one-day course will offer ways to stay alert and feel comfortable on the road.  At the Madison Senior Center (330 w. Mifflin).  Cost is $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-members.  Call 266-6581 to preregister.
