West District Police Survey.  Here is the link to  a survey to provide feedback to the West District on their activities this past year.
Here is a survey from the Clean Lakes Partnership. This 3-minute survey was created in partnership with local municipalities to learn how residents manage their yards to deal with fall leaves and stormwater. Survey results will then be used to guide future efforts to improve the health of our local lakes.  There are participation rewards to those who take the survey prior to November 30th.  These rewards include a special prize drawing and discounts on rain barrels, compost bins and yard-care services.  Go to:
