NOTE:
Giving Tree.  Many seniors are alone and without family or friends during the holidays.  The Fitchburg Senior Center has a Giving Tree to provide gifts at the holidays.  Time  is short. If you want to help, you need to pick an ornament and buy a gift of $30 or less by Wednesday.
Refuse Collection.  There will be no refuse or recycling collection in the City of Madison on Thursday December 25th or Thursday January 1st.  Because of the double collection, large item collection will be reduced.  Residents are asked to hold on to large items until after the holidays if possible.
Demolition for Center.  The house at 1409 Theresa Terrace has been demolished in preparation for building the Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Center.
