Garage Sales.  Prairie Hills does not do a formal garage sale program, but since GreenTree will be doing theirs on May 15 and 16 and, I think, Meadowood, on the 15th, feel free to hold yours then.  We will promote through our newsletter and message board.

Metro Transit and the City of Madison Transit and Parking Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. to discuss proposed service changes to Routes 6, 10, 11, 12, 25 and 59. The Falk School PTO is holding an evening pot luck. Families are to bring a dish to share that represents their heritage or a place they have visited. Countries that will be represented (so far) are China, India, Costa Rica, Mexico, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Ireland, Egypt, and Hmong culture. If you would like to bring a dish, a game, or items to display, please contact Cara Jenkins at glbjenkens@gmail.com.  School and neighborhood families are welcome to come, whether they bring a dish or not. Musical performances, and examples of student art will be on display all day and during the pot luck.  Co-sponsored by Prairie Hills Neighborhood Assn.

Health Fair at Our Redeemer Lutheran School, McKenna Boulevard. The event begins with a one-mile awareness walk at 9:00. Then, from 10:00-2:00, there will be information and demos on everything from diabetes to dentistry, nutrition to Zumba. Spring into Better Health this year.
