The Home Chore Program was developed to assist frail, limited income senior adults with basic home chores. If you are interested in volunteering or receiving these services, contact the West Madison Senior Coalition at 238-7368.

Holiday Fantasy in Lights ongoing through Sunday, Jan 3. Olin Park. Lighted holiday-themed displays. Drive through any time from dusk until dawn to enjoy this magical light show for free. Candy canes are handed out from 4:30-10:00 each evening. Brought to you by The Electric Group.

Monday, Dec. 7  10:00 a.m.  Return to Pearl, a documentary that takes viewers on an emotional journey as 19 Wisconsin Pearl Harbor survivors share their stories.  Madison Senior Center (330 W. Mifflin)
Tuesday, Dec. 8  4:30-5:15 p.m. Waldorf School Puppet Show at the Alicia Ashman Library (733 N. High Point Rd.) The troupe will be performing a 30-40 min. puppet play with handmade luminous silk marionettes, live music and beautiful set design. All are welcome. Appropriate for ages 4-12.
Tuesday, Dec. 8  4:00 – 5:00 p.m.  Meadowridge Library LEGO Club.  Join other LEGO fans and build your own unique creation. Books and pictures provided to inspire the  imagination!  Families or All Ages.
Tuesday, Dec. 8 and Thursday, Dec. 10 11:30 a.m. Senior Meals at the Meadowood Neighborhood Center. Transportation available.  The Thursday meal is followed by cards and cribbage.  For more info, call 238-0196.
Friday, Dec. 11  7:00 p.m. Join Pitches and Notes (UW All Girl Choir) for their 2015 fall show at the Monona Terrace.  Come for a night of fun, music, and most importantly, an entertaining competition.Tickets: $10 for students, $15 for adults.  Online tickets for purchase at pitchesandnotestickets.yap

Saturday, Dec. 12  7:30 a.m. – noon  Dane County Winter Farmer’s Market.  Lots of choices for winter fruits, dried flowers, bakery, music. It has grown over the years.  Monona Terrace.
Saturday,  Dec. 12 5:30 p.m. Dinner and entertainment at the West Madison Senior Center. Make reservations early. Deadline is noon on Dec. 11.
