Earned Income Tax Credit Information (EITC)
The following are links that can save a lot of tax dollars for single workers earning up to $47,747 and married couples earning up to $53,627.  The first link is a City of Madison article on the topic.  The second is a PDF flyer produced by the UW Extension on help with your taxes as well as the EITC.

Read With A Cop.  Sign up for a 15 minute slot to read a story you choose to a real police officer who will LOVE to hear you read, or have the officer read one of their favorite stories to you. Sign up in person at the library each month, and keep an eye out for dates that a K9 officer will be there too.  Sequoya Library, Midvale Blvd.

Election Day.  You must have a photo ID.  If you are not already registered and you choose to register at the polls, you also need proof of residence.  Ward 92 AND Ward 95 now vote at the the Meadowridge Library / Meadowood Neighborhood Center on Raymond Road.  You can check where to vote by entering your address at https://www.cityofmadison.com/election/voter/where.cfm .
