Falk Elementary School has been chosen to participate in the Disney Musicals in Schools program.  Working with the Overture Center, the school will work to engage students in theater and the arts by producing school musicals.

Tues., Dec. 13  6:30-7:30 pm.  West Side Warblers Sing Along.  At the West Madison Senior Center (602 Sawyer Terrace)  This is for everyone who enjoys singing.  Words and music provided.

Wed., Dec. 14 3:30-5:00 pm.  Mosaic Chess Boards and Upcycled Chess Pieces.

Create a glass mosaic square piece to go into a chess board or mosaic outside design. Or, create a chess piece.  Use materials, such as cork, paper, duct tape and more, to create your own unique pawns.  Meadow ridge Library.  No registration necessary.

Wed., Dec. 14 5:30-8:00 pm.  Resource Fair and Community Dinner at the Meadowridge Library.  Community dinner, blood pressure checks, dentistry info, diabetes advice, and more.  Sponsored by the Meadowood Health Partnership.  Free.

We’ll learn how to make three different pies, including crust from scratch, through hands-on instruction and practice. Registration required. Adults only please.
