Cooking Knife Skills and Safety Demo.  Learn how to properly handle knives and improve coordination between your hands. This demo will cover all the basic cuts such as: dice, julienne and slice. Downsizing: Hints and Helpful Tips.  Come to the “Downsizing the Easy Way” seminar.
